No Liability for Third-Party Products & Services

Royal Monarch Fintech Private Limited makes no warranties for third-party products or services accessed via our platforms, including mutual funds from AMCs, broking services from mStock (Mirae Asset Capital Markets India Pvt. Ltd.), or links to payment gateways/RTAs. All warranties, if any, come solely from the respective providers.

Service Interruptions & Technical Risks

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or virus-free platforms. Your use is at your own risk. Royal Monarch shall not be liable for damage to your device, data loss, or issues arising from platform use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Monarch Fintech Private Limited (including directors, employees, affiliates, and partners) shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business interruption, or goodwill. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service in the preceding 12 months.
